Cricket 1st XI vs Howick College
It was another great weekend for Rosmini Cricket on 11 November.
Our 1st X1 200/8 beat Howick College 1st XI 195/10 in a very close game. When all looked lost at 129 for 8, Jayden Clarke stepped in and battled for 50 not out, and Fergus Mailing scored 22 not out to bring it home.
Bowling wise Blake Jay got an impressive 3 for 19, and Fergus 3 for 6. He got two catches as well so a great day for him.
The in-form Colts 1 185/6 beat Rangitoto College Colts 1 112/10.
Kane Te Whui high scored with the bat on 55, and Cody Rummel bowled 4 for 21 In what was a very important win for the team, who are finding form in Term 4.
The Colts 2 150/4 lost to Takapuna Grammar 153/5 in a nail biter of a game with just one ball to spare.
Kayden Godbold scored a blazing 53 off 40 balls, with Nathan Craig and David Edhouse each getting 2 wickets.
