Rosmini crowned North Harbour 7s Champions
Congratulations to our Senior Sevens Rugby team for taking out the Harbour Sevens championship on 25 September. The final result was a 36-19 win over Westlake.
Our younger U17 team, made up of many boys who competed at the recent Hurricanes U15 tournament, met our senior boys in the semi final. This was an entertaining match where both sides played very well. The champion team (our senior boys) managed to get the win seven tries to four in what was a great spectacle.
Earlier in the day our U14 boys performed well also. Playing up a grade against U15 boys they did extremely well and were unfortunately taken out in their semi final.
All in all a great overall performance from all of our boys. We are reassured that our rugby at the College is healthy and looking extremely promising moving forward.
We wish the team all the best now as they prepare for the Condor Sevens event next term.
