Leavers Day 2024

Leavers Day 2024

The Class of 2024 at Rosmini College concluded their journey with a memorable Leaver's Day on Thursday 31 October.

The day began with Leaver's Breakfast, including guest speaker John Thornley, who spoke about his life since leaving the college, firstly in Law and most recently in senior positions with the Police.

Father Mark Bond celebrated their final mass at the College, which included the blessing of their handmade wooden crosses, and concluded with a lively sing-along of the Rosmini anthem. The new prefects were announced for 2025, t-shirts were signed, and the traditional Leaver's video was shown behind closed doors!

The celebrations continued with a farewell Haka performed by the students and other year groups, and a Haka honoring Headmaster Mr Nixon Cooper.

As the day wrapped up, the Year 13s shared an emotional farewell while walking down the drive with their families, creating lasting memories of their time together.

Best wishes to the Class of 2024 on their future endeavors!
