New staff welcomed in 2025

Melita Tuisila

My name is Melita Tu’isila. I have been teaching for 25 years in the areas of PE, Health, Sport and Dance. I am married with two sons, Noah 21 and Harry 19.

I live locally and am excited to have the opportunity to be Rosmini’s first female Physical Education teacher. I look forward to learning more about  Rosmini’s special character and interacting with well rounded and respectful young men.

Beth Kayes 2024 # 3

Kia ora koutou, my name is Beth Kayes and I have come from a mix of teaching drama and working in theatre. In the last few years I have written, performed and toured shows in schools across NZ and Australia and also taught drama at St. Mary's College and Epsom Girls Grammar School.

I am an old girl from Marist College, Mt. Albert, and I look forward to working with the students and the Rosmini community.

Renato (1)

Kia Ora,

My name is Renato Costa, I am from Brazil and I came to NZ in 2010.

I teach Mathematics and I am sure it will be a pleasure to teach at Rosmini.

I have a passion for games in general but in particular Dungeons and Dragons.

 Michelangelo Bisquera

Hi everyone, my name is Mikee Bisquera, and I am so looking forward to joining the Rosmini Team as part of the EAL department!

I was born in the Philippines, but have been a Shore boy since I was three years old. I have had experience teaching privately as a flute tutor, English tutor and even as a Japanese tutor, so I am really excited to be "officially" part of a school. My hobbies are playing video games, watching Netflix and reading.

Mary Taloy

Kumusta! (Hello) I'm Mary Taloy from the Philippines. With 12 years of experience teaching Religious Education across diverse age groups, I'm excited to bring my passion to Rosmini College.

I am married to John and our son Lucas is currently starting Year 1 at St. Johns School Mairangi. My greatest aspiration is not only to inspire my students to view RE as more than just a subject they study, but also to guide them in their faith journey and help them grow spiritually.

Kia Ora, hello there.

My name is Mark McLeish and I am a trainee teacher here at Rosmini College and I will be joining the Science department. I am an Auckland boy through and through and am starting my teaching career right here right now in 2025! I am thankful for the opportunity to work alongside an amazing staff team at one of the best schools in Auckland.

I love sports! Playing, watching, supporting, I love it all. I have been doing Karate for most of my life, where I have found great success in competition, teaching students and learning important life values. I also worked in a religious ministry for the past five years, so I feel right at home at a school that highly values their faith and sport.

My name is Prince Bakil and I will be working primarily within the Food Technology Department.

I am an Old Boy of Rosmini College, having graduated from the school in 2019. Since then, I have worked relentlessly in various kitchens and food establishments but now I have decided to do a career switch.
