Rosmini competes at Delfina Water Polo tournament 2025

The Premier Water Polo team, along with wider squad members, played in the Anniversary Weekend Delfina tournament at Sacred Heart College. This tournament is a good opportunity to play teams in preparation for the Auckland season.

We started well, with a strong and decisive win against St. Kents and ended the tournament with a great win and game against AGS. Playing Tauranga Boys, Hamilton Boys and Kings saw us have some excellent quarters but lacked the consistency needed to ensure the wins. The team managed to finished 6=.

The games proved to be good warm ups for our younger team of players. Our members of the wider squad, Josh Leadbeater, Carter McKolskey and Eddie Perry, also managed to step up, play hard and contribute to the team.

Thanks to our coaches Will Catlin, Mat Mihaljevich, Ethan McKolskey and Lachie Griffiths who shared the load over the weekend. We look forward to a good Auckland season which kicks off February 14th, followed up with North Islands and Nationals later this term.
